Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within
14 days of receipt unless otherwise noted.

All items shipped back to Cash Registers Online require an RMA number. Items shipped back without an RMA number will be refused.
We will email an RMA form with your RMA number please
tape it to the outside of the box. Do not write
on the box.
- Items
returned for exchange will be charged a 15%
restocking fee less shipping charges. Items must be
in original condition with all packaging and
accessories.
- Items
returned for refund will be charged a 25%
restocking fee less shipping charges. If the item is
part of a free shipping promotion and is
returned for refund you will be charged a 30%
restocking fee.
- Any open item that is not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, manuals or incurred damages from shipping due to improper packaging will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, the amount of the refund will be calculated upon inspection of the returned merchandise.
- RMA
numbers are valid for 14 days
- Cash Registers Online does not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise without original packaging.
- All sales are final and non-refundable on special ordered items,
refurbished items, bulk orders (orders over 5 of any
single item), Datacap equipment, manuals, programming, support and shipping.
- When returning any items, please make sure you have all the original packing materials in place, or items especially cash registers
will get damaged. The customer is responsible for damage caused by improper packaging. Please insure your package for at least the amount the item being returned and use a shipping company that provides tracking numbers as these may be required to process a refund.

A Return Authorization number must be given prior to making
a return. Some of our products are drop shipped
from our suppliers, please do not use the address from
the shipping label for return. Please make all returns to our address in Sioux Falls, SD. See
Contact Information for our correct address.
- Dead
on Arrival:
an item deemed defective or dead on arrival by one of our technicians will be only be exchanged for a new replacement
If it is reported within 2 business days of receiving the item.
We do not manufacture the items we sell nor take every
item out to test it, so in the unlikely event you
receive a defective item, we will send a replacement
item, but please note we do not send call tags or
shipping labels, and the item must be sent back prior to
shipment of the replacement unless the customer chooses
to do an advance exchange. When a replacement item is sent for exchange Cash Registers Online will ship
the item back via ground service regardless of the
original shipping speed, we do offer faster shipping
methods at a discounted rate. The customer is
responsible for shipping the defective merchandise back
to us before a replacement item is sent unless the
customer is eligible and chooses to do an advance
exchange.

Advance Register Exchange - $50.00 an item deemed defective or dead on arrival by one of our technicians
may be offered an advance exchanged for a new replacement.
The difference between an advance exchange and a
standard DOA replacement is with an advance exchange a
replacement item is shipped before the item is received
back to us. Also with an advance exchange a
call tag will be sent for the defective item, so all
that needs to be done is package up the defective item
and we will give you a scheduled pick up time. A valid
credit card number will be needed for an advance
exchange. Advance exchanges will only be offered
to customers within 14 days of receipt of the item.
