Grade A:  Product is in like new condition, box show signs of wear
Grade B:  Product is in very good condition, slight signs of wear, box shows signs of wear.
Grade C:  Product in good condition, signs of wear, box shows signs of wear
Grade U:  Product in used condition, may be re-boxed.
